The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

How to find your values through asking simple questions
In counseling/coaching, I love asking patients this question. It can be very telling.
“Can you give me a list of all the things you love, hate or fearful of?”
The answers may lead you to your values. This is because values are often emotive in nature.
Knowing your values is important because it can serve as a good “inner compass” to reconcile with the “outer compass”. It can be a good guide. I really wish this can be done more at schools to help kids know more about themselves.
I wonder if you want to have a go…..
