In counseling, I often see kids with difficulties around follow through due to strong “in the moment sensory perceiving and non judging”.
They have lots of openness and curiosity but not great with judging, planning, forward pacing, attention (especially if not relevant to them), and follow through with projects like homework and assignments.
“In the moment sensory perceiving with non judging” can be wonderful but not without its challenges and problems if unaware and not balanced.
Not great for follow through at times but wonderful for curiosity and exploration.
Pros and cons…
I wonder if you can relate or know what I mean.
