If thoughts and feelings are like plates on a sushi train, pause, hold space, and choose wisely.
If you eat the ones you don’t want, there’s no more space for the ones you love.
Having said that, we can acknowledge that there are often a lot of “bad stuff” on the train, so there are not many great options. It’s harder to find, but they are there if we can ignore the bad ones, hold/create space for it, or let it be “for now”.
