The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

Helping our patients to find themselves and live a life more true to who they are
One of the top regrets of dying is not being able to live a life true to who they are. It’s hard I think, because many of us and our patients are not trained, wired or conditioned to follow our own principles and values.
We are often trained or conditioned to follow the thinking and values of the people around us and society. This is helpful of course for social norms, social harmony, and practicalities, but it will become unhelpful when we go “too far”.
When we go too far away from our principles, values, and who we are, stress and inner unhappiness will come for a visit.
Awareness and “titration” is key. Be careful not to go from one extreme to the other like yo-yo dieting.
