The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

Behind the negative self talk and self criticism may be feelings of shame, not good enough, not worthy of love and connection
In counseling, so often we are faced with the negative self talk and self criticism of the people we see.
Often attached to those thoughts, are feelings of shame, not worthy of love, not good enough, anxiety and fear. These can be unconscious or subconscious.
In there may be memories of “trauma” or “unresolved emotional injuries/hurts” perhaps, and that may need to be unpacked with compassion, curiosity, hope, acceptance, forgiveness etc.
Sort that out and things will probably get much better. Much much better.
Not just at a psychosocial level. But may also be at a bio level.
