The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

The feelings and values with which one uses to take action matters
When we use feelings of anger, fear, doubt, scarcity and frustration to take action, those feelings tend to stay with us. The feelings can sometimes have very long half lives due to our memories and ongoing narratives around that.
When we use feelings of care, kindness, playfulness, curiosity, hope, prosperity, gratitude, compassion and confidence to take action, those feelings tend to stay with us too.
So be careful and more conscious around the use of feelings or values when taking action. The feelings or values with which one uses to take action matters.
It affects outcome but also impacts our own mental health and well-being as well.
